MS (Management System) Policy

Fujico Inc., through the design, development, manufacturing and sales of nonwoven fabrics and felts, aims to be an "environmentally friendly company" and to contribute to a sustainable society by striving to protect the environment, which is a common issue for all mankind, and by providing high-quality and better products that are in line with the trends of the times.
To this end, we will implement the following

1. We will continually improve the effectiveness of our management system and review our policies to ensure that they are always appropriate.
2. We will establish annual goals consistent with our policies and strive to achieve them. At the end of each fiscal year, we will evaluate the degree of achievement and use this as a guideline for setting goals for the following year.
3. We will strive to create a comfortable work environment by promoting the skill development, motivation, and work efficiency of all employees.
4. We strive to prevent environmental pollution in order to curb global warming and resource depletion, and to decarbonize, make effective use of resources, conserve energy, and reduce waste.
5. Comply with and maintain conformity with all laws, regulations and other requirements to which we agree.
