Effective July 22, 2008, the Company changed its method of public notice to electronic public notice as stipulated in Article 939 of the Companies Act. However, in the event that the Company is unable to make electronic public notices due to an accident or other unavoidable reason, public notices will be published in the Nihon Keizai Shimbun.
